I did the research and to repair the scuff it would cost about 30-50 dollars at a cobbler. I kept that in mind while pricing. The heel is 1 inch, the shaft is 16 1/2, and the calf is 14 1/2 circumference. Boots come in the original box and have a cute official Tory Burch dusting bag!
